Inline vs offline

Inline cells sit in the production flow — parts enter, get dispensed, and continue downstream. Offline cells are standalone stations an operator loads and unloads, which is usually the right choice for lower volume, high-mix work or when you don't want dispensing to gate the line.

Sizing by envelope

GSD cells are specified by working envelope — 300 x 300 mm, 500 x 500 mm, and 600 x 500 mm. Choose based on the largest part footprint you need to cover, allowing clearance for fixturing. Examples: GSD300x300 offline and GSD500x500 inline.
