RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Sales items, or items purchased with a discount code, will be refunded at the price paid and not the original price before discount.
- Please contact us by phone or email before returning any item.
- Do not send items back to the manufacturer unless otherwise advised by a member of our staff.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order items (including paint booths, spray gun extensions, and other special-order equipment)
- 3M PAPRs and certain health/safety equipment
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Restocking Fees
Some product categories may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will do our best to replace items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us at support@pittsburghsprayequip.com to arrange an exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75.
