What a 1K metering system does

A supply pump gets material to the gun; a metering system controls how much comes out. These packages close the loop — they measure actual flow and correct for it, so bead size stays constant as material temperature, viscosity, and supply pressure drift over a shift. On a robot cell that's the difference between a consistent bead and scrap.

E-Flo iQ pairs an electric-driven Check-Mate supply with integrated iQ dispense valves and a single controller, available as single or tandem (continuous-feed) systems on 5-gallon D60 and 55-gallon D200/D200s rams, ambient or heated. PCF is Graco's modular precision continuous flow platform, configured with cartridge, mastic, or heated mastic regulators, with or without a flow meter, and discrete or EtherNet/IP user interfaces.

Choosing between them

Go E-Flo iQ when you want one integrated, factory-matched package — supply, metering, valve, and controller from a single part number — and you're feeding from drums.

Tandem vs single: a tandem system runs two supply units so one keeps feeding while the other changes drums — specify tandem if you can't stop the line for a drum change.

Frequently asked questions

Do I still need a separate supply pump?
E-Flo iQ systems include the supply unit. PCF systems are metering and control only — they mount downstream of a supply pump you already have or buy separately.

What does "1K" mean?
One component: the material is ready to dispense as supplied and cures on its own (moisture, heat, or UV). 2K materials need a second component metered and mixed in at the head.

Is a flow meter worth it?
If you need documented, closed-loop bead verification, yes. If you're dispensing a fixed shot into a fixture and can verify visually or by weight, a no-meter configuration is cheaper and simpler.
