Finding the right replacement part
Start with the item number in the Iwata-Medea master parts list, then match it to the code on the product listing. On the BCN and CN, the nozzle, nozzle cap and needle come in different sizes. The CN uses the N3 parts (nozzle N0801, nozzle cap N1401, needle N0751). The BCN uses the N5 parts (nozzle N0802, nozzle cap N1402, needle N0752). Many other parts are shared by both models, including the needle cap (N1101), main lever (N1001), needle packing (N1501), needle spring (N1351), handle (N0901) and spanner (N1651). The CN also has its own cup, cup O-ring and lid parts, such as the 0.24 oz / 7 ml cup lid (N0954). For trigger models, use the parts list in the TRN1 | TRN2 manual.

FAQ
How do I clean a NEO airbrush between colors?
On the BCN, remove the paint bottle, attach a bottle of the right cleaning solution and spray until it runs clear. Then spray air until the airbrush is dry before attaching the next color. On the CN, dump the leftover paint, rinse the color cup, wipe it with a paper towel, fill the bottom of the cup with cleaner and spray until clear. Iwata-Medea notes that Medea Airbrush Cleaner works well for water-based media.
What air pressure and paint consistency does the NEO need?
Iwata-Medea says NEO working pressures generally range from 10 to 60 psi, and a good average is around 8-20 psi. Thicker paints and larger amounts of paint call for higher pressure. Use airbrush-ready paint, or thin your paint to the consistency of skim milk. Never exceed 100 psi.
Which NEO parts wear out, and should I remove the nozzle to clean it?
Needles, nozzles, O-rings and internal packings wear with normal use, and the five-year warranty does not cover them. Iwata-Medea says never to remove the nozzle unless it is damaged or clogged. When you do replace it, tighten it only slightly with the supplied wrench. The manual also advises keeping a spare nozzle and a spare needle on hand.
How should I lubricate the needle?
Coat the needle lightly where the taper starts with a high-quality lubricant such as Iwata Lube. Wipe it with a soft, clean cloth so only a light film remains, and put a tiny drop on the main lever's piston. Do not over-lube, and do not use light machine oil or WD-40, because they can make the needle stick in the packing O-ring.
