Graco 239388 Reciprocating Displacement Pump

Genuine Graco 239388 is a Series A reciprocating displacement pump for Hydra-Cat proportioning systems. It can be used wherever displacement pump 222012 is listed and gives the same ratio.

Service Notes

• Displacement pump 239388 can be used wherever 222012 is listed and obtain the same ratio (Graco manual 306989L).
• On the 239388 pump model, torque the packing nut to 20-25 ft-lb (30-35 Nm); other pump models use 50-60 ft-lb (Graco manual 307944).
• Apply sealant and keep v-packing lips facing down where the service notes indicate (Graco manual 307944).
• On the 239388 pump, remove the seal guard kit and washer from the packing nut during disassembly (Graco manual 307944).
