⚠️ Important care note (Water-Based variant only): after each spraying session, disassemble and clean the KB-555 2-quart cup thoroughly. Waterborne adhesives will dry inside the cup and fluid passages if left overnight and are difficult to remove once cured. Solvent-based adhesives are more forgiving on residue but should still be flushed with an appropriate solvent between sessions.
When to choose this outfit vs a bigger pressure pot
The 2-quart cup outfit is right if you're spraying adhesive in short bursts, working on smaller substrates (upholstery, sign shops, cabinet backs, small foam parts), or want a portable rig that a single operator can carry easily. If you're running production shifts or spraying larger surfaces, step up to our 2.8-gallon or 5-gallon adhesive pot outfits so you're not stopping to refill mid-shift.
