Built for automotive shops and other low-production work, the DCM-161 automatically strips rust and carbon buildup off small hardware. The basket holds 2 gallons — up to 25 pounds of brake parts, engine components or other small pieces — and the machine runs itself on a 60-minute manual reset timer while you do something else.
The smallest way into automated blasting
At 17 cfm at 60 psi this is the rare blast machine that will run on a normal shop compressor instead of needing a dedicated one. That, plus 115V single-phase power and a benchtop-scale cabinet, is what makes it practical for a two-bay shop that could never justify a production cabinet.

Note this is a dust-bag machine, not a reclaimer machine — media is not cleaned and returned the way it is on the BNP-160 and larger cabinets. For occasional batches that is usually the right trade; for daily production it is not.
