Graco 15T630 U-Cup and Manifold Screen Tool

Genuine Graco 15T630 is a u-cup and manifold screen tool. It is used to install seals in valves and to reinstall the screen and retainer o-ring when cleaning static mixers. It is supplied in Graco valve seal repair kit 24M213 and repair kit 256238.

• Installs the seal in the Zero Cavity Relief Valve 16W513
• Used with tool 16T066 to install seals in the 1K Gun Splitter Valve material and solvent valves
• Included in Valve Seal Repair Kit 24M213
• Reinstalls the B-side screen and white plastic o-ring in mix manifolds and static mixers
• Included in repair kit 256238

Service Notes

• When cleaning the mix manifold, the o-ring that retains the screen is a retainer ring, not a seal, and may be scratched or deformed from pushing the screen back in (Graco manual 312749).
