The EMAX ERI0070003-460 is a 7.5 HP fixed speed industrial rotary screw air compressor that delivers 24 CFM at up to 145 PSI from a 460V, 3-phase electric supply. It is a cabinet-only unit with no tank, built around an oil-injected rotary screw air end with an estimated 60,000-hour pump life. It suits industrial plants and operations that need continuous, steady airflow and already have, or plan to add, their own air receiver.
Rotary Screw Air End
Oil-injected design: The air end compresses air with an oil-injected male and female rotor and runs relatively quietly.
Duty cycle: EMAX rotary screw air ends are engineered for up to 100% duty cycle.
Continuous airflow: The screw design produces continuous, steady airflow for applications where consistent air delivery is a must.
Reliability and durability: Rotary screw air ends hold up in harsh conditions. Mining rigs, construction rigs, and firefighting equipment manufacturers choose them for that reason.
Estimated pump life: This model is rated for an estimated 60,000 hours of pump life.
Fixed Speed Operation and Output
Constant speed: The compressor runs at the same RPM throughout every run cycle and does not vary its speed.
Airflow: Delivers 24.01 CFM.
Pressure: Maximum pressure is 145 PSI from a single-stage pump.
Multi-Belt V-Belt Drive
Two-belt system: EMAX uses a multi-belt drive with B and C-width belts instead of a narrow, single A-width belt.
Better grip: The wider belts provide more surface area for grip.
Less bearing strain: Reduced belt tension lowers the load on the motor and compressor bearings.
Longer life: Lower noise and vibration help extend belt and system life, for a durable, low-maintenance drive.
