56.8 L/Min 100 PSI Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pump for Isocyanates - Graco 246484 Husky 515

Genuine Graco 246484 is a Husky 515 air-operated double diaphragm pump built specifically for use with isocyanates and tested with oil. It is the pump used in the Husky 515 pump kit for Graco Reactor feed pump packages and fluid supply kits.

• 1/4 in. female air inlet, 3/8 in. female air exhaust
• 100 psi maximum air and fluid working pressure
• Maximum flow 56.8 L/min, maximum 400 CPM
• Handles solids up to 3/32 in.
• Maximum air consumption 28 SCFM
• Open downward port on the inlet manifold

Service Notes

• Flush the pump with a compatible solvent before first use. It was tested with lightweight oil, which is left in the fluid passages (Graco manual 308981).
