What to look for in a silicone sprayer

• Minimum 6,750 PSI hydraulic drive — 100% silicone coatings need consistent high pressure to atomize; standard 3,300 PSI airless sprayers stall out.
• Gas engine (Honda or Vanguard) — most roofing jobsites don't have 240V power; gas gives you portable production capacity.
• 1.5–9.5 GPM flow rate — pick GPM to match crew size. One spray gun ≈ 1.5–2 GPM, twin gun setup ≈ 3–4 GPM, four-gun 9.5 GPM for large flats.
• BIG 150 or BIG 250 spray gun — designed for high-solid coatings; standard finish guns clog on silicone.
• Hopper or transfer pump feed — 5-gallon pails empty fast; hopper systems keep the crew moving.
