This knife-setting system lets you set planer knives in perfect alignment every time!
Shift nicked knives on 2-1/2" to 4" diameter cutterheads to get a perfect cut to an accuracy of ±0.002".
The middle bar of each Planer Pal jig is adjustable to match the height of the knives currently set in your planer. A setscrew allows it to be locked in place.
For best results, remove and replace knives one at a time.
Two jigs are needed for 12" to 20" planers. Three jigs are needed for planers over 20".
