The Quick-Link Hi-Coat injector is an optional accessory for the Sprint 2 product family. It produces a particularly soft powder cloud and is especially suitable for extremely fine coatings. Simple handling speeds up cleaning and color changes.
- Optimized nozzle geometries reduce the air requirement and hose diameter needed, giving a softer powder cloud at lower speed
- Applications: fine, decorative coatings on small parts or rim finishing; also suitable for crack testing
- All powder and air hoses detach with a quick-release fastener, and the wear condition of the collector nozzle can be checked
