One big advantage of this planer over other heavy-duty models is the fixed-height table design, which allows for a permanent infeed/outfeed roller table setup to boost production and overall convenience.
Featuring a powerful 3 HP motor and 5000 RPM cutterhead speed, the G0815 offers two feed-rate settings, letting you choose between 16 and 30 FPM to ensure the smooth finish you need on practically any type of wood.
The headstock sits atop a four-column support with easy handwheel height adjustment and column locks.
The optionalT27650Planer Stand is available for those with enough floor space in the shop or just want to get it off of the workbench.
The optionalT2789915" Shelix Cutterhead is an upgrade over the 3-knife cutterhead. The cutterhead comes with 75 inserts and shears wood with a finer finish.
Like all Grizzly planers, the G0815 comes with a 1-year warranty which covers parts and assures the unit is free from factory defects.
