They include one or two NIOSH approved full mask supplied-air respirator(s), a breathing air blower, flow meter, and one or two 50 foot breathing air hose(s). Includes NIOSH approved respirator(s).

9815-EF - Breathing Air Blower

Our Breathing Air Blower is a portable, lightweight, fresh air supply system which provides comfortable and safe breathing air for industrial users who require an OSHA compliant fresh air supply system while maximizing productivity. While our Breathing Air Blower improves the worker’s safety and comfort, it also helps reduce their frequency and duration of breaks on the job. This self-contained, low maintenance unit includes a removable and washable filter and is contained in a rugged roto-molded plastic housing for longer lasting durability.

Our PN 9815-EF Breathing Air Blower must be placed in clean, Grade “D” breathable air (as specified by 29 CFR 1910).

NOTES:

• Contributing factors to the output temperature include, but are not limited to: length of the hose, ambient temperature, and outside temperature where the hose is placed. Also, please remember that a small temperature difference of 3° F to 10° F (-16.11° C to -12.22° C) is very significant when the air is blowing directly onto the user’s face and into breathing passages.
• Does NOT add heat to the breathing air
• Flow meter is included to verify NIOSH flow setting for mask & hoods

9902-EF - Full Mask Respirator

Made of silicone rubber for better durability and will hold its shape even in extreme heat and cold. The double sealing flange provides an improved face-to-mask seal and a deep chin pocket provides a better, more comfortable fit. The replaceable polycarbonate lens offers a wider, distortion-free viewing area with an anti-fog, anti-scratch coating. The unique “over the shoulder” hose design clips at the collar and an adjustable belt holds the air hose out of the way of work. NIOSH approved.

9100-50EF - Airline Hose (for Breathing Air Blower & Cold Air Respirator Systems)

Our 3/4″ diameter Low Pressure Airline Hoses specifically designed for our Cold Air System are NIOSH approved when used with the approved Allegro Supplied Air Respirators. Constructed from rugged clear polyvinyl chloride and reinforced with braided polyester textile yarn. These hoses provide a temperature range from -20° F to 150° F (-28.8° C to 65.5° C). Manufactured with Parker quick-connect couplers.
