This Advance SC250 floor scrubber effectively cleans floors in large spaces such as hospitals, schools, and hotels. It has a 13 1/2" scrub path with a cleaning rate of up to 14,369 sq. ft. per hour. It boasts a run time of up to 40 minutes per tank, and it has a powerful 1,000 RPM brush speed to effectively remove dirt and grime. Both the solution tank and recovery tank have a 1.6 gallon capacity. This unit is easy to operate with the user-friendly control panel. All machine functions are easily activated by simply pressing the OneTouch button, while the included palm sensors engage the scrubbing action. This unit offers 2 solution flow settings to dispense the right level of water and detergent for any cleaning task. An adjustable brush pressure knob helps accommodate different applications.

This floor scrubber easily removes dirt and debris in a single pass with its sweeping, scrubbing, and drying capabilities.
