The HDCBX-360-112 Paint SpinCoater is engineered to spray a wide range of coatings onto the interior surfaces of pipes. Its 360-degree spray pattern ensures consistent and efficient internal coverage across various applications.
Air Requirements
To operate efficiently, the paint pump and SpinCoater require:
150 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute)
100 PSIG (Pounds per Square Inch Gauge)
Clean, dry compressed air
Note: A pressure tank may be used in place of the Bulldog pump if the paint viscosity is less than 20 seconds through a Zahn II cup.
Operational Process
Paint Delivery The paint pump transports the coating through the spray gun and paint hose to the spinning head of the SpinCoater.
Spray Application The spinning head distributes the coating using centrifugal force, creating a uniform 360-degree spray pattern along the interior pipe wall.
Adjustments and Control
Paint Volume Control
Adjust by changing the paint pump pressure
Modify the pre-orifice in the back pressure orifice assembly
Wet Film Thickness Control
Controlled by the speed at which the SpinCoater is moved through the pipe
choosing a selection results in a full page refresh
