The EMAX ERI0150003-208 is a 15 HP fixed speed industrial rotary screw air compressor, supplied as a cabinet-only unit with no tank. It delivers 56 CFM at up to 145 PSI on 208V three-phase power. It suits industrial plants and operations that need consistent, continuous airflow.
Rotary Screw Air End
Oil-Injected Design: The air end uses an oil-injected male and female rotor pair to compress air. It is engineered for up to 100% duty cycle and runs relatively quietly.
Continuous Airflow: The rotary screw design produces continuous, steady airflow for applications where consistent air is a must.
Single-Stage Pump: The 1-stage rotary air end is rated for a maximum of 145 PSI.
Estimated Pump Life: The pump is rated for an estimated 60,000 hours.

Fixed Speed Operation
Constant RPM: This fixed speed compressor runs at a constant speed during run cycles and does not vary its RPM.
TEFC Motor: The 15 HP totally enclosed fan-cooled electric motor runs at 1,750 RPM.
Multi-Belt V-Belt Drive
B and C-Width Belts: The drive uses a two-belt system with B and C-width belts rather than narrow, single A-width belts.
Better Grip: The wider belts provide more surface area for better grip.
Reduced Strain: Lower belt tension reduces strain on the motor and compressor bearings.

Electrical Requirements
Power Supply: The unit is configured for 208V, three-phase power. The manufacturer rates its voltage tolerance at 230V +/- 10%.
Amperage: Full-load amps are 43.1 with a 1.15 service factor. Locked rotor and peak starting amps are 237.
Recommended Breaker: Use a 60 amp breaker.
Certifications: The unit is listed as UL/CSE certified.
