The T33291 Cut3D Software is a dedicated toolpath engine for CNC machining 3D models that have been designed using a Graphics design product or 3D CAD.

These can include: AutoCAD, 3D Studio, Rhino3D, or being scanned by using a laser or touch probe device.

Cut3D's exceptionally easy-to-use interface leads you through the step-by-step process of a job from loading a model to saving the final CNC code to run on your machine.

3D slicing segments can be used for models that are too large for your machine. This allows the segments to be machined within the machine’s capabilities and then be assembled together.

Cut3D calculates theoretical cutting times for toolpaths based on specified feed rates. A scaling factor can be used to improve the accuracy of the estimated timings when cutting 3D toolpaths.

Postprocessors support automatic tool changes and can easily be modified to save the roughing, finishing, and cut out toolpaths into a single file.

When it comes to sizing and positioning, 3D models are typically designed in any orientation and at any size.

Automatic boundary detection minimizes machining times by not wasting time cutting unwanted regions of the material.

The calculated toolpath can be previewed to show simulations through different materials.

The 3D file types supported in Cut3D are STL, 3DS, DXF, OBJ, SBP, TXT, WRL, X, LWO, and V3M.
