Smart Air Compressors allow you to have up to 50 Smart Air compressors via a simple ethernet cable and will automatically synchronize and operate using the auto demand technology. Air End
Operation
Rotary Air ends are devices that compress air. Air ends consist of an oil injected male and female rotor. These air ends are engineered for up to 100% duty cycle and are relatively quiet with life expectations up to 150,000 hours.
Continuous Airflow
Rotary Screw air ends are designed to produce continuous, steady airflow. Using this ultimate design criterion, screw air ends are great for applications where consistent airflow is a must, for example in industrial plants and operations.

Screw Air Ends are reliable and durable even in harsh conditions. For example, mining and construction rigs (as well as firefighting equipment manufacturers) choose rotary screw air ends due to their reliability and durability.
150 PSI Maximum
By using oil injected rotary screw air ends, you can economically achieve 150 PSI maximum. If higher pressures are required, multi-stage reciprocating (pistons) are needed.

It includes Hertz display while unit is running & provides programmable timed starts and stops for each day of the week. Fan
Dryer Fans
Dryer Fans are engineered to cool the condenser. The condenser coil circulates a hot refrigerant from heat pulled from the compressed air. This hot refrigerant is then cooled by a cooling fan which circulates ambient air through the condenser coil radiator.
Rotary Screw Cooling Fan/Radiator
Our Rotary Screw compressors are equipped with a split bar radiator and a circulating fan. The fan cools the compressor oil and the air end air to the tank, reducing wear and tear and excessive moisture from the air system.
Hydro Cooling Fan/Radiator
Our unique Hydro water cooled Piston compressors are equipped with a split bar radiator and a circulating fan. The fan cools the water temperature/anti-freeze that cools the piston pump. The fan also cools the after cooler radiator and reduces excessive moisture from the air system.
