The E5530 Super-Spray® is an all aluminum body, bleeder style spray gun. This means that when you connect your turbine and turn it on, the air will constantly be flowing from the front of the spray gun. When you pull the trigger, you will be releasing the fluid only. All the passageways inside the E5530 spray gun are stainless steel. The cup is a side mount gravity, which is great for getting into small spaces or adjusting the cup in different directions, either forward or backwards. There are 3 cup choices available to use with the E5530 spray gun. The gun comes supplied with a 600cc cup, but there is also a smaller 250cc for touch up and small projects, and a larger 1000cc cup for those large jobs.
The E5530 comes with a 1.0mm needle and nozzle installed. There are 4 other additional sizes to choose from, depending on the types of finishes you plan on spraying. The smallest size is a 0.75mm, which is great for spraying stains and dyes. The 1.0mm is best suited for clear finishes, both waterborne and solvent. The 1.5mm is best suited for thinned down latex paint, primers, polyurethane’s and some varnishes. The 2.0mm size is for spraying latex with little of no thinning. The 2.5mm size is suited for specialized finishes like Zolatone or Multispec and some heavy primers and Gelcoat.
This gun comes with a 2-year written warranty and spare parts kit.
