This Advance SC500 X20D EcoFlex floor scrubber effectively cleans floors in large spaces such as hospitals, schools, and hotels. It offers a continuous run time of up to 5 hours, and it has a 20" scrub path with a cleaning rate of 24,552 sq. ft. per hour. It has a powerful 280W vacuum motor that operates at a rate of 100 CFM and a 450W brush motor with a 155 RPM brush speed. Both the solution tank and recovery tank have a 12 gallon capacity to clean large areas without having to dump or refill the compartments. The multi-function display and control panel allows you to adjust the cleaning parameters, while the easy-to-use operator paddle controls the speed and solution flow. This ergonomic model is designed for easy operation, better control, and improved sightlines.

This floor scrubber includes SmartFlow technology to prevent it from dispensing excess solution when the machine is slowed down. The SmartFlow feature combined with the large 12 gallon tanks helps extend the time between dump and refill cycles by up to 50%. It also helps to prevent waste and reduces the risk of slipping and falling on excess water or solution. This unit also includes a 1.3 gallon EcoFlex bottle assembly that allows your machine to use significantly less detergent and water. This increases productivity to provide a one pass cleaning schedule, and it lowers environmental impact for a more sustainable cleaning routine.

For additional convenience, this floor scrubber has a quiet mode that emits only 60 decibels for daytime cleaning environments. It includes a simple on / off button on the control panel to operate the brush / pad holder, and it has a mechanical foot pedal to easily raise and lower the 26 1/2" wide squeegee. It comes with a 20" prolene brush for medium-duty scrubbing on various surfaces. The solution tank is easy to fill using the front grate, a sink-attachable hose, or the side fill port. The recovery tank includes a pinch-to-control drain hose for easy draining. The included (2) 12V, 130 Ah wet batteries can be charged by the onboard charger without having to return to a charging station. Thanks to the cordless, compact design, this floor scrubber provides easy cleaning at any location.
