This Advance SC3000 26D EcoFlex floor scrubber effectively cleans floors in large spaces such as hospitals, schools, and hotels. This scrubber offers a maximum run time of 3 1/2 hours, and it has a 26" scrub path with a cleaning rate of up to 42,328 sq. ft. per hour. It offers both a 65 lb. and 105 lb. scrub pressure to get the job done. To effectively remove dirt and grime, it boasts both a powerful 420W vacuum motor with an airflow of 55.3 CFM and a 400W brush motor with a 230 RPM brush speed. Both the solution tank and recovery tank have a 21 gallon capacity to provide over an hour of continuous operation on a single tank of water.

This floor scrubber is easy to operate with the intuitive control panel fully integrated into the steering wheel. It also includes a simple graphical display to show the amount of clean water left in the tank, the detergent ratio, and the hours of use. The left fingertip paddle controls the EcoFlex system, while the right paddle switches to reverse operation. When using the EcoFlex system, your machine will operate with only the exact proportion of water and detergent needed to increase productivity and reduce environmental impact. Plus, this system has the option to use a burst of power for extra tough cleaning tasks.

This unit has quiet mode to emit only 61 decibels for cleaning in noise-sensitive spaces. It includes a SafetyGlide deck that automatically moves in line with the path of the rear squeegee as you turn the steering wheel. This deck ensures 100% water pickup, and it has a spring-loaded design for precise, straight edge cleaning without requiring additional scrubbing and detail edge mopping. It has an easy access operator compartment and a low step to easily get on and off of the seat. Plus, the fully adjustable heel rest can be positioned to achieve the most comfortable driving position.

This ride-on floor scrubber has a compact design for easy maneuverability in areas with limited space, and it includes a built-in squeegee hanging system on the tank for easy transportation through doorways and tight areas. It rides on high-traction, non-marking wheels for easy mobility. The included pad holders accept a variety of brushes (sold separately) to change cleaning applications. For superior convenience, the included (4) 242 Ah wet batteries can be charged by the onboard charger without having to return to a charging station.
