TRINCO™ MODEL 36 x 30 Sandblast Cabinet DIRECT PRESSURE with 800 PULL THROUGH DUST COLLECTOR

The Trinco™ Model 36X30 Direct Pressure Blast Cabinet is designed for high-volume production, heavy-duty applications, and the toughest surface preparation jobs. By utilizing an ASME-coded pressure vessel beneath the work floor, this system pushes media directly through the heavy-duty blast hose rather than drawing it via a traditional vacuum siphon. This direct pressure design delivers media at significantly higher velocities, allowing you to clean large surfaces up to 3 to 5 times faster.

Most direct pressure blast cleaning is highly effective at lower operating pressures (40–60 PSI). Because of this, abrasive media breakdown is drastically reduced—even while delivering a high volume of media to the workspace. The result is maximum cutting efficiency, minimal media waste, and optimal recovery through the integrated recycling process. It is the ideal solution for production blasting or jobs requiring heavy mesh abrasive sizes like silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, and garnet.

• High-Visibility Work Chamber: Outfitted with shadow-free fluorescent lighting and a large 12" x 24" safety glass viewing window. Maintenance is seamless with an easy-change window frame that requires only a few wing nuts to loosen.
