Extreme Tools® RX Series, 55″ 12-Drawer Roller Cabinet is an upgraded version of the original model. We beefed up the drawer capacities so that each drawer with single sets of slides holds up to 150 lbs, while for drawers with double sets of slides the load-rate is up to 300 lbs! The heavy duty, full-extension ball-bearing drawer slides allow you to fully load each drawer while still maintaining smooth, consistent sliding as the drawer is opened and closed. You do not have to worry about warping or twisting drawers even with the three extra-wide drawers because we built in internal support to provide extra strength and stability in this upgraded RX552512RC-X 55″ Roller Cabinet.
Quick Release Technology Our patented Quick Release self-latching drawer pulls are one-of-a-kind. Its innovative engineering allows the latches to attach across the drawer front not just on the ends . As a result, this provides a sturdier, more secure handle so that it never pulls away from the drawer. The latches that hold the drawers closed are Extreme! Our design allows you to open the drawer with one hand from anywhere on the drawer pull which is important especially if your hands are full. The drawers have superior function and a superior look. Moreover, the full-width solid extruded, color-anodized, polished aluminum drawer pulls are made from the highest quality aluminum. We use an anodization process that allows the to keep looking great over time. Also, we added matching trim and side handle.
The Extreme Tools® patented design is supported by heavy-duty steel construction and our exclusive Mag Wheel Casters. As a result, each of the six casters is load rated to support up to 900 lbs. So, even if your tool box is fully-loaded, they can take the weight. We also help you protect your roller cabinet with professional-quality PVC drawer liners and a PVC laminated MDF work surface for the top. The roller cabinet finish is with a high gloss powder coat that is a specially-formulated AkzoNobel mix to resist scratches and chemical stains. It will keep your tool box looking great for years to come!
